I ordered the most beautiful Feizy rug from them. I was looking at the rug for months. I’m so glad I purchased it through them and no one else. I was able to communicate with them via email the day I purchased the rug. If I had any questions, they were answered promptly. You can tell they have great customer service skills- the old school way. The price was the BEST. Customer service - top notch.

Incredible Rugs were great to work with! I called on a rug I was interested in and they took the time to talk with me about the rug and sharing how they believe the quality was improved after being woven at a new mill. They had better prices than other places on line. They send samples quickly. The people I talked with on the phone were always helpful. My rug dropped in price a couple days after I had ordered and they gave me a refund in that amount. I have been pleased with this company.

I purchased four rugs/runners from this company spending close to $1500.00 One of the rugs isn't holding up very well. Considering I've only been using it for about 8 months. This rug cost 800.00 and I expected it to wear better.
