Someone came to access our apartment carpets that needed to be replaced due to flooding from the February snow storm, in a Friday. If I could give them a minus rating I would. 2 months after we moved in our floors started bubbling up. Mind you we have a 1 year warranty. We signed paperwork for a reinstall that they so conveniently said they never received...our entire house was turned upside down for the install that never came. We have had nothing but good experiences with Impact flooring. My rep, Jessica, always goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. The installers do a great job as well! I will definitely be recommending this company to others in the future.

This used to be a good company, my husband has been working there for a long time but now is difficult for him because He’s not paying Samuel like other other installers to take the good jobs..he wakes up very early to go to work and it’s not fair that the installers who get there late take the better jobs because they are giving a percentage to Samuel of every job they take.
