While the furniture and displays were impressive, I encountered a couple of issues. Firstly, there were leaks in some sections, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the drink machine at the food court never seems to work, leaving me disappointed. Despite these drawbacks, the overall shopping experience was satisfactory.

We shopped at the IKEA on University in Round Rock and had a good overall experience. The store was clean, organized, and easy to navigate, and the staff we interacted with were helpful when needed without being pushy. Shopping at ikea today with 95 year old mother and boy did she have fun! She found exactly what she wanted... and more! The Kallax will make a perfect organizational sideboard with some paper organizing boxes. I loved the glass bowls with self sealing rubber tops! Poor plants are not being watered at all 💔🌱 The plants are being left to dry out and die right in the store 😔 It is honestly painful to see and feels completely cruel. This kind of neglect is unacceptable 🚫 Especially from a brand that promotes care, responsibility, and creating a better everyday life. The male manager on duty and the self check out member Mari tonight 5/5/26 at 830pm are two of the rudest , useless people in the entire store. For a manger to scream from the front self check area all the way to someone that is standing by the return desk is so unprofessional. IkEA builds this great loading bay for their customers only to block it with metal bars. As you can see in the photo that forced these poor people to load in the street. So much for smart Euro ....

A very nice woman helped me sort out a situation with cushions. Unfortunately they didn't work and I took them back. On the return visit I got another exceptional young woman there. Both were very helpful and friendly.

Ikea is a great, yet expensive day trip 😂😂😂 we love the show room and finding new ways to design our home. The cafeteria is DELICIOUS but be warned it closes earlier than the store! Be sure to check out the "as is" section for great deals.

I am so grateful for the woman who helped me not only redesign my kitchen, but also check current inventory, and pull everything I needed to remodel my cabinets. Such a seamless experience compared to my last remodel 15 years ago!
