We had a very disappointing experience with Ramiro and IEC Design House.
Our project dragged on for more than five years waiting for city approval, and when the plans were finally approved, they were incorrect, the architectural plans didn’t match the engineering plans.

IEC Design House was extremely helpful with my design permits process. They guided me through each step, made sure all documents were correct, and helped coordinate the necessary engineering approvals and stamps. Their team is knowledgeable, responsive, and made the process much easier. Highly recommend for anyone needing help with permits and design.

They are completely unprofessional, their customer service is terrible, they don't answer calls or messages unless they know there's money involved. They include things on the maps that aren't actually in the city. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
