We’ve had our Ideal Turf since November of last year. It is as beautiful today as it was the day it was installed. We have 3 dogs who love the turf. They lie on it as if it’s carpet and play very rambunctiously. Our experience with everyone was fantastic. I was impressed by how professional and courteous everyone was from beginning to end. Ideal Turf recently completed a back yard project for us. We found the company easy to work with. The estimator was able to provide several options to choose from. The installation crew was knowledgeable, efficient and hard working. The lawn looks great, and we were very pleased with the project. Dog pen… Ideal Turf did an amazing job! I could not be more satisfied with the whole process, from the first time I called and spoke with Mary, and then meeting with Logan to come up with a design/plan, then the installation crew that did a perfect job! If you are thinking about artificial turf, call them!

Jason Utley with Ideal Turf was great with working with us for multiple quotes, amendments to the quotes, and facilitating scheduling of installation. From there, Tristan worked closely with us ensuring that issues that arose were handled quickly, professionally, and at a fair price. Absolutely horrible company to work with post sales cash collection. We made our first warranty contact on 3/9/2023 and have yet to have any positive resolution.
Poor product is not as advertised! The product does not drain or control odors as advertised and sold. We specifically asked detailed questions regarding odor having had three previous homes with turf for the dogs. This turf is horrific

While my installation is brand new and I cant speak on longevity or durability - I can speak on the quality of the product we chose Jordan 76, the price and the excellent crew that came out to install our artificial turf. The product was exactly what we needed to accommodate our dogs. It was porous, plush, not too long making for reasonable cleaning, looked the most natural of the turfs I reviewed

We are very happy with the Ideal Turf experience. Kenton completed a couple different options. Once I decide on Ideal, Samantha, took over and kept us informed. They started the project early and completed in three days as promised. The installers worked hard and cleaned up when completed. Our cocker snd springer love the artificial turf. We love our new side yard- Ideal Turf was professional, punctual, offered lots of great options, and was reasonably priced. They also have this cool "in-fill" which keeps the temperature down. Highly recommend!
