Updated 1/2020 - So iDeal Floors did it again.....Not going to write a lengthy update as you can see and read a detailed review below. After doing carpet and granite I had them come out and do the kitchen area and bathroom flooring. In store finance options were too high in 2022, so we went with our credit union, which was better than a home equity loan. Will have to pay off quickly to reduce interest paid. The install required a repair, due to a spot in foundation and all is well now. They did a superb job on removing and replacing existing trim. I do wish the flooring was more scratch resistant and tough, but overall we are

This is our third experience with IDeal Floors - North Richland Hills...first in 2013 when we bought the house and had all new flooring, that is when we met Shawn James. We had our Kitchen/Utility room floors re-tiled in 2019 and today we just finished re-flooring a large section of flooring due to a water leak. We would NOT choose any other flooring company! Just had new carpet installed today. It looks great. Ideal Carpet is a wonderful place to shop, buy, and get it done. They were efficient and the installers did a great job. They worked hard and got it done all in one day. The owner is very nice and cares about his customers. Bonnie is the lady that got everything going and got it done. After months of dealing with multiple contractors and vendors it was a well needed surprise in working with iDeal Flooring. Mr. James was great!! He was very clear in his pricing and expectations. I needed some vinyl plank, a lot of it. Bonnie found the product for me that fit the bill perfectly, at a price no one else could come close to. In and out quickly and I genuinely felt appreciated for doing business with her. I'd sure reccomend Ideal to anybody looking for flooring. I'd also like to say thanks, I got what I needed and came in under budget for once!

IDeal was prompt in responding to my initial request, giving me the estimate of cost. Then when the task I needed was to be scheduled, they again provided me a timely install time but indicated if this didn't work for us, to advise. The installers came actually before their scheduled time & promptly got to eork. The installation was done quickly, & best of all it was done very professionally.
