I had a great experience with this iDeal Floors. Sean, the representative, was excellent; he brought a lot of flooring options and even arrived before business hours to accommodate my work schedule that day.
The installation crew was just as impressive. There were plenty of workers, they installed the carpet perfectly, and cleaned everything up nicely afterward.

We initially hired a general contractor to install over 1,200 square feet of flooring, but unfortunately, he turned out to be completely untrustworthy and unprofessional. After more than three weeks, all he managed to do was poorly remove the existing flooring—leaving behind a huge mess and proving he was unqualified for the job.
That’s when we turned to Ideal Floors—and I’m so glad we did.

I am with Right at Home in Home Care in Waxahachie TX. Ideal did a phenomenal job providing subfloor for a disabled senior amputee. This was less than desirable working conditions and the installers Eric and crew were kind, professional and very helpful. They knocked it out!!! Charity Cummings who helped coordinate all of this was wonderful.

I found them on Facebook and from messaging, calls and driving 96 miles one way to get the flooring every aspect was professional and smooth throughout the process. Absolutely the best pricing on a quality Shaw product. I would and will do business with them again.

I used Ideal to put new carpet in all of my bedrooms. They were very reasonable in price and the installers did a great job.
More recently I see them to replace old ceramic tile in two rooms with new vinyl planks. The price was good, they had a plank that matched the ones we already had, and again the installers did a great job.
