Jennifer worked on 2 projects for me and she has been great! She work really hard and delicates her time going to my house as requested to make all the measurements and offers recommendations for me! She responds to my text and emails promptly and even follow up on any questions I may have.

I have used Ideal Floors for years. As a Landlord, I need flooring often for my properties - my personal favorite and most loved flooring by my tenants is the vinyl plank product. Its durable, easy care & beautiful.
The pic shown here is from one of their flooring jobs - the new tenant told me the reason she loved the house so much was the beautiful floor!

Wonderful experience from flooring to cabinets. Braxton assisted me from the moment I walked in and the other staff has been amazing too. The cabinet installer was detailed and thorough. I very pleased and will do business with them again.

Worked with Tony on selecting a carpet and it was a very positive experience. Tony is very nice and answered all my questions. He also had prompt follow up with all questions. The installers were good as well. Next is time will tell on carpet longevity.
