Loved Connie, very kind, sweet, and a busy lady. The carpet was installed and looks superb. My only issue is the lack of communication I got from the lady in her office that was helping me. She had that phone in her face every time I went to talk to her, it seemed her phone was more important than really speaking to customers. It took 3 days and a weekend to even get the estimates of the carpets I

Our showers leaked for a year and a half, until we decided to rip them out and get them completely redone by a different group. When we ripped them out we found no water proofing at all and a good amount of mold and water damage. Ideal flooring did pay for the repairs and materials, but only after certain discussions were had.

Connie and the girls are so helpful and willing to accommodate your every dream of house fantastic! A smiling face and friendly voice goes a long way....and these ladies deliver everytime!!! If your looking for anything home update, remod or new build, this is the place!
