Had a wonderful experience with the whole Ideal
Carpet & Flooring team. Our tile stated pulling up and tenting all over our house right before Thanksgiving due to faulty tile manufacturing. My husband and I stopped by Ideal the day after Thanksgiving and spoke to Rueben. He was very helpful and gave us lots of time to look at all the flooring samples. Took home 3 samples to see how they would look

We can’t say enough good things about Ideal Flooring and their team. From the demo to the finished product, they did things with excellence. Arnold was very knowledgeable and helped us pick the right flooring for our home and Ruben’s customer service was top notch. Their crew was nice and worked hard and quick! I recently had most of my home flooring replaced with LVP by Ideal Carpet & Flooring. My entire experience from my first time at the store until installation was complete has been great.
