When I first went to ID Floors, I didn't know quite what I wanted. Sal was extremely professional and patient, and walked me through a multitude of options in the carpet department. I felt so comfortable with his expertise and professionalism that I ended up buying granite and tile for my back splash as well. They worked with my schedule to make it convenient for me. The installers were always on

I love my new condo thanks to ID Floors. I wanted renovations done before I moved in and they worked with me to get started right when I closed. I met with Israel at the store he helped me pick out materials and helped me design my shower. I worked with the Project Manager Courtney throughout the process he was very helpful and was always available to answer any of my questions. I put in new title

We found them through internet. Daniel was prompt on responding and getting us the estimated. He has good selection of wood, carpet and tiles.
They started work on time and finish it as per schedule. They installation wood floor, carpet and tiles (so all 3 types of floor) for us.
Overall we were very happy with Id Floors and would definitely recommend him.

Daniel and his team did an amazing job doing our cabinets, granite and floors. They also beat everyone else's prices with the same if not higher quality parts. I would and have already recommended to anyone looking to have remodeling work done.

Do no go to this store ever!
This was "the worst" flooring experience I have every had. The salesman "Saul" does not know what he is doing and the "independent" installers do not know how to lay tile. The installers flopped thin set on the floor like mud and just pushed the tiles down on top of it. The tiles also were so high off the floor they had to recut all the trim higher even though there w

They did a big house remodel for us (opened walls, bathrooms, floors, painting). Israel helped me with design ideas and made sure everything was done per my requests. All of their crews were great. Will definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone interested in any size remodel!

We are having our popcorn ceilings scraped and re-textured, and the I.D. guys have been excellent. They are professional, quicker than I expected, and very good at what they do. VERY reasonable price. We will be using I.D. again! Thank you guys!
