Huge thanks to Icon Plumbing for coming out right before the winter storm to fix a leaking outdoor spigot. It was cold, rainy, and last minute, but they still showed up and took care of it quickly. Great service, great attitude—highly recommend!

The price for the isolation test was less than every company in the DFW metroplex except one. The quality of service was wonderful and it was very clear that the owner is a very skilled individual. He found a missing clean out in under a minute. I was surprised by his cost to repair so much that I had to deduct a star from this review.

My shower was backing up water and then water started leaking from under both toilets. I was panicked. Luckily Condy at Icon Plumbing was able to come to my house quickly to sort out the issue and get everything back in working order. Definitely keeping them on speed dial for all my plumbing needs now!

Icon Plumbing came out on the weekend to fix a long standing problem with our upstairs bathroom tub not draining. They worked to solve the problem with patience and professionalism throughout! We were so happy with their service and the fact that the mystery of the slow drain (and finally stopped up completely) was solved & fixed! Thank you Icon Plumbing!!

Had a plumbing problem and Icon was able to send Joe out to me quickly on a weekend. We found the issue in a main sewage line that was likely broken by a utility company putting in Internet fiber optics.
We got the lines cleared enough to use and will be putting a camera down to see if we can see if the line break is the utility companies fault so I can get that remedied.

I had a bathtub facet leak and he came out and fixed it fast, replaced all the parts, and left my bathtub better than it was before.
Excellent service from Condy Hammer. Condy is very kind, knowledgeable, and knew just the right solution to the problem.

We had an emergency leak, and they were kind enough to take my calls in the middle of the night to solve an immediate situation, and Joe was out after some hours to help us with our faucet issue, he did a good job and walked me through what the issues were and was kind enough to give recommendations as well. And he was quick/professional as well. Thanks a lot once again you guys!
