We had a great experience with ICE and I wish I had involved them earlier in the planning stage with the architect. We paid a flat fee and Karen and team gave us options for every room of a new house we were building. Ultimately she saved us money with the choices and suggestions she made and gave us confidence in the design pics. The house looks great and we would absolutely work with her again!
