No follow up! My consultant was Andrea and do to schedules it took a month before I was able to visit the design center. Beforehand, sent photos and measurements and general idea of what we wanted. During our visit, we selected our style and color of window treatments in addition to the hardware. Wrapped up our visit and she said she would get the quote right out to us. Our designer, Bea Galuban, was very helpful and accommodating. She provided us a really welcoming experience despite how picky we were on our selections. Bea has a good design taste and she also keeps herself up-to-date with the latest trends. We felt very lucky to have her as our designer and wish that we can work with her again if we ever build another house.

My husband and I had a design appointment with Bea and she was so helpful!! Prior to the appointment she sent us tons of documents ona share drive of the most common things that people upgrade with different pictures of tiles, flooring and other things so that we could “browse” selections prior to the appt and this helped SO much!! Bea Galuban has to be the most rude, ungrateful, unorganized, condescending person I have ever dealt with.
Too bad Highland Homes uses IBB Designs, I was left to only make my selections through IBB Design Center. Highland Homes is an amazing builder- IBB & Bea are horrific.

Warning! Don't use designer Karen Holloway. She will seel you products that don't even go with the style of your home hust to make more money.
Karen blames the customer for any mistakes and doesn't take any responsibility even though she guquotes on the contract she will oversee the job. Karen doesn't. contract through IBB but instead uses her husband's business.

Bea and paula were very welcoming and very supportive! We really loved their recommendations and I would definitely recommend anyone for using them for designing their homes .. they are very experts and know what they are doing!

They helped us do a marvelous job with picking the fine details of our home. Additionally, they have a large inventory to decide from.
