I truthfully have nothing but good things to say about this apartment complex. The staff, particularly the maintenance crew, is amazing and extremely efficient with residents’ requests. I have had no bug issues, no large maintenance issues, no safety concerns, or anything negative to say after living here for over a year. I am extremely disappointed with the level of maintenance service and communication at this community.
On Sunday morning, my shower handle failed and detached when the shower diverter was engaged, causing water to spray from the fixture. I immediately called the 24/7 maintenance line and submitted an emergency work order. No one responded, called, or arrived on Sunday, leaving me without a usable

We had a tour booked for 12:00pm. The leasing office called around 11am to confirm that we were still coming to tour, and we said “yes.” When we arrived, the leasing office had two signs saying they were closed Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday despite still having touring as an option on their website.
