I had a very disappointing experience with HR Phoenix Electrical. The electrician arrived about 50 minutes late — which I was willing to overlook — but it quickly became clear the technician was moving extremely slowly. After taking a long time to diagnose the issue, he told me I simply needed a new GFCI outlet. I’ve replaced these myself before for under $20, so I was surprised when he quoted $29

Erin rapidly scheduled us for an appointment and Bobby showed up, troubleshot the issue and made the repair. He is definitely an asset to this company, knowledgeable about his craft and took time to explain the issue along with checking the other panels as well.
Would recommend and use this company again in the future.

Can’t say enough good things about this company. The owner Paul is very responsive and diligent. His customer service staff are very courteous and professional. I had several chandeliers hung and new install. The electricians, Joshua and Ryan were so professional and polite. They did a great job. Paul came out and assessed what needed to be done, and Bobby was out the next day and did a great job. He had to run a new line for a 40-amp fuse, which is not easy. Very professional group at HR Phoenix. I will be using them again in the future.

I had the pleasure of working alongside HR Phoenix during a recent generator installation for an elderly family member of mine in Irving. Top notch communication throughout the entire process and their installation looks amazing, very smooth and clean. I am a stickler for aesthetics, and they did not disappoint👍. We contracted this company for a simple wiring job to include track lighting, and wall mounted fans in our new commercial property. 0/10 would not recommend. We were initially quoted a four day turnaround time and the project took almost 4 weeks; so long that we had to push back the opening of our business.

This was one of the most professional groups I have hired. They showed up on time, competed the job very efficiently. They were neat, friendly and professional. It almost seemed like a commercial. I am not sure they were the cheapest but they did a top notch job. Thank you so much.
