I paid $3300 to have subfloor and leak repaired in my bathroom and this is how you left it. He tried to charge me another $11700 to complete project. He is a crook and scam artist. I also paid $2300 to repair my chimney. He did not complete job. Absolutely nightmare working with this "company".

Weird pushed for a Sunday appointment for hvac, asked a bunch of personal questions then canceled by text 2 minutes after the call ended. We called back and number was not in service.

This guy Arnulfo Perez is a scam artist. We hired him to do a job at our house and he asked for half the money to be sent to him to buy materials. After we sent the money, he never showed up. He made a new excuse everyday of why he couldn’t come. He eventually either blocked my number or changed his phone number so we couldn’t get a hold of him.
