I am beyond pleased with my new kitchen! Matt read my mind as to what I wanted …and suggested things I hadn’t thought of. From the design phase to the finish, the entire crew at HCC was a pleasure to work with. Cindy kept me apprised of when workers would be onsite and the job was completed in a timely manner. I am beyond happy with my bathroom remodel. It was wonderful to work with Matt and the HCC team. From the very beginning, Matt listened to what I wanted and offered suggestions and ideas that worked wonderfully in the space. A shower wand added to the bathtub area? Mind blown! 🤯

Customer service, installation, and consultation on care of new vinyl flooring installed in two bedrooms was outstanding. The whole process was easy. The installation crew was very careful with the antique furniture. I would highly recommend Houston Carpets, Flooring, and Remodeling to anyone, and I will use them on my next flooring need.

I had an excellent experience working with Edmund Leach from Houston Custom Carpets(HCC). He had great design ideas that we implemented. The installation team at HCC was well organized. They always set up appointments and showed up at the appointed time. We had several problems with material suppliers and they rectified the situations to our satisfaction.

I had the best experience working with Edmund and the rest of the team at Houston Custom Carpets Flooring and Remodeling. Edmund was on site to make sure flooring was laid right and that we were pleased with everything. Every contractor was easy to work with and accommodating in every request. Our bathroom remodel is perfect. Matt had fabulous suggestions on the design for the new cabinets and how to maximize the space for the new larger shower without removing the soaking tub.
