We went with Houston Concrete Staining because of their reputation and reviews, but it appears we got a bad crew maybe? The day they arrived the crew was nice and helped me with the last couple of things. Tom will promise you anything but falls well short.
We had Houston Concrete and Staining epoxy our dining area. In less than 6 months, it starts to chip and peel. We called in an expert opinion and the immediate response, “Tom did you dirty. Epoxy can never be put over tiles”. Epoxy floor in our kitchen is no different.
Now, Tom blatantly says he will not repair or refund us after multiple patch

Do not use Houston concrete and staining. We picked our color and accepted bid. Crew came out without the owner. They stained it almost black. Owner had them come back , they primed over the black and re stained it the correct color. The problem is the correct stain was not acid etched into the concrete so it is peeling.
