We bought a new house, and this company installed the carpet. The carpet was poorly installed. All around the house, the carpet was coming off in the corners and on the edges, and was not glued properly. When we confronted them, they had a terrible attitude and began to yell and say it was not them who had done it. They had no respect for us as customers. These people were extremely rude and did n

I only have one star because I had to do I could comment. Worst company I have ever dealt with. We were scheduled to have carpet installed in an aprent so we could close on it. They went in the day before to do it then install guy called said he was puking pull the carpet because it was dirty so my sister and I pulled it and then they were supposed to put it in that night after getting it confirm

We had these gentlemen help us after a flood. We had new tile flooring and carpet placed. They were easy to work with. Everything came in on time. The installers were clean, pleasant and fast. We have not had any trouble with our products and are getting ready to use them again for our business.

I am very disappointed in my experience with Hosch. We were looking to have someone to do just installation for several of our apartment communities. The same person I spoke with gave me several different answers, lied about their availability, and lied about the information he gave me previously. I would rate my experience lower but one star is the limit.
I just called hosch for services and was treated rudely. Why would a service contractor be rude to a potential customer? I guess they don't need customers. I will not refer hosch to anyone.

They did a great job on replacing my carpet in the dining area. They were reasonably priced. I would use them again.

Amazing people, amazing prices. My family has been using Hosch flooring since 1998, and we wouldn't go anywhere else.
