Can’t say enough great things about Honest Home services and the excellent service that Juan provided me today. My heat was not working, I called in the morning, Juan showed up by 12:30, assessed the problem quickly, fixed the issue, then did an exam of other potential issues and fixed those as well.

Our agent Tuna (nickname of course)was super nice and friendly. Very pleasant and took the time to explain exactly what was going on with it and how he was going to fix it. Once he finished he made sure there was no mess and he also set us up to have our ac filters sent to us monthly so there’s no guess work on the filter sizes and he showed us how to change them. Very professional service. Highly

Great experience from start to finish. Scheduling and day of service communication was very professional. Devo was kind, extremely knowledgeable, and very trustworthy in his service. Pricing and service recommendations felt fair and at no point did we feel pushed to get more repairs than we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Kenneth was a great tech to have out. HH is on the pricier side, but you definitely get what you pay for. Kenneth walked me through what he was doing and what the issues were, which made me feel confident in the work and helped me as a new homeowner. He even cleaned some of the old AC parts that I wasn’t replacing. He made the price worth it.

Devo came out today to provide our heating service annual check up. He was very thorough with his inspection, courteous and took great care in explaining the health of our system and his recommendations. He recommended a compressor saver for each of our units. He also noticed that one of our units the wiring for the heat strip had not been completed therefore decreasing the efficiency of the unit

They took the time to explain the process and made sure everything was spotless before they left. You can really tell they take pride in their work. My home’s air quality already feels 100% better.
