We checked in at 9 pm. We were having an awful experience at the hotel next door(la Quinta Inn). I had called to ask if I could tour the room because obviously ptsd and the front lobby lady accommodated us by letting us view the room before booking. She was super nice and friendly. Very nice and clean room. Front desk staff was super nice and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding. Lots of room for the whole family. Beds were comfy and had a variety of pillow types. Coffee machine was the standard type but plenty of supplies for making a night cap of decaf.

I booked a room here very last minute, called the Hotel and asked for early check in. The agent was very accommodating and helpful. I did end up checking in at normal time, upon arrival Ashley at the front desk welcomed me with a smile and lots of information. My kids and I enjoyed our stay. Positive: Nothing Negative: Waiting two hours in the lobby at 9pm for a room I paid for and then having to book a new hotel. Still have not received a refund for a room I never got.

We stayed here for a funeral, Monique checked us in and made sure everything was perfect. She answered all our questions and made us feel special. Rooms are very spacious and clean. At a sad time in our lives we stayed at the perfect place.

The manager Alexis is so kind and helpful. My family and myself stayed there for almost 2 months. The only cons were the new lady when we left knocking on our door asking us what time are we leaving? As we were being rushed after spending 2 months there and probably $2000 + there. It seemed very distasteful. Also the lady asked my room # and told me my card was declined one day at breakfast infron

Outside was nice and clean, as you enter the building it smells so nice and welcoming, the lady that checked us in was amazing and pleasant. Although our first room at the end of the building had issues with getting in, we got another room that was closer to the elevator. The room was clean just short of a towel, we had 4 people and only had 3 but we had our own towels just in case so we did not

Great Stay!
Close to the Cruise port. Very nice place to stay. Miss Monique at the front desk made us feel welcome and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!
