Super happy I went with home zone once again this will be the second set of couches and first bed frame that I have bought from them. Each time has been extremely easy, comforting and smooth my delivery driver Lorenzo was super communicative and quick with no damages or any issues at all. Make sure when everything was put together and or unwrapped that I liked where it’s sat and looked his helper

Great experience! Found the exact couch I wanted here and got great financing. The customer service was the best of any place I went. The delivery was smooth and was set up in my new townhome. Only improvement that could have been made was the delivery window. I was told 7:30 to 10:30 but they arrived at 7am. Which wouldn’t have been a big deal but noone was there and I had to rush over. We purchased and chair and arched bookcase from the Lewisville location. Christian was helpful without being pushy. Our items were delivered by Darrell and his assistant who both were very polite and professional. We are very happy with our purchase and recommend Home Zone.

We came in with our toddler today and were looking for a couch for our living room Pedro, was amazing. He was so helpful. He was so patient with our toddler. Pedro in Lewisville location was extremely wonderful. I walked in not knowing what i wanted and he worked with me and really took his time until i found my forever bedroom set and my mattress. He was very patient while attending to other store customers. Talk about multi-tasking and still being able to deliver. Thank you pedro.
