My family and I shopped for about a year before finally deciding to purchase a living room couch from HomeZone in Allen. Every time we visited the store, we were treated with genuine care. We were offered drinks, allowed to browse freely, and never felt pressured or followed around by sales staff.

We had a great experience shopping for fabric sectionals and reclining leather sectionals. Tyler and Tristan were extremely helpful making us aware of the fabric options and the mechanical durability of the mechanical recliners. Another great experience! After viewing an item on the Home Zone website, I called the store to ask if it was in their showroom. Even though it was nearly closing time, Laura, the store manager, welcomed me to come in and take a look. She even offered us ice cream when we arrived!

What a pleasant shopping experience at the Home Zone. The store was polished and clean. Prices were clearly marked on TABLETS to check options. No high pressure salespeople. YEA!
Abby, manager, and Natalie, associate, tag teamed all of our questions. We debated between two sofa sets and they brought fabrics and poured coke on the sofa to prove the fabric protection was as good as advertised.

I had a great experience form the moment I walked into this furniture store. I was greeted with an expeditious walk and smile by Abby. She was super friendly and welcoming, how could I not look around and have her show me all the bells and whistles they had as options.
