It was such a nice experience dealing with Kelly. She was very patient, polite and most of all not pushy. AND they have free coffee, water and ice cream!! The delivery and assembly guys who came, at the time we set arrived on time! They were very careful not to bang and scratch anything in the house. They also put together the 3 frames so quickly. Today we went to “look” at livingroom furniture. Once there, we were greeted by Josephine. We let her know what we were looking for and she took us to a set that had arrived about two weeks ago. She went thru all the features with us and told us what everything is and does. She was extremely knowledgeable with the mechanics of it.

Love the JB HOLMES stuff…and taller couches 20” at least…older I get it’s harder to get out of a sunken pillow…shane was very helpful….prices are very good so overall a very pleasant experience
