Customer service is excellent. William is very charming. Although there is minimal selection, they still have a great colors. Their prices are unbeatable. With everyone recovering from Harvey, they could have jacked their prices up but didn’t. As they recommend, be sure to get extra in order to complete your job as their supplies go rapidly. I have been recommending them to everyone.

My husband and I have shopped here many times without having any problems purchasing what we need. This time though, I had a very bad experience. Why? We realized that we were short on base boards so I came to this store right when it opened up to purchase 30 more from them. My husband sent me on an errand to buy 1x4 boards. I went into the store with list in hand and was helped immediately. The guy packaged and loaded my boards up for me. The problem was when my husband got home it was 1x5 boards. My husband took the boards and receipt back to store to talk to the owner. The owner told my husband his staff would not sell me the wrong boards that I purchased the wrong

I ordered cabinets 11/29/21 when I made the purchase 4 cabinets were back ordered. I was told that it would take no longer than a month to receive those cabinets. I called after a month and they told me 2 more weeks I called after 2 weeks they told me 2 more weeks I call after another 2 weeks they told me any day . Wow! Horrible customer service! We called ahead to ensure they had item we needed. They told us yes we have that. 10 minutes later we got to store and they did not have exactly what we had asked for. We decided to make what they had work. The staff acted like we were disruptiving them by wanting to purchase the doors. Had to find another employee to help load items as the young guy who hel
