Waited for more than 20 minutes for someone to help me with a toilet purchase. Was told I would receive a call in 48 hours to set up installation. 48 hours later, no call. Back to Customer Service who brushed it off and said someone would call me in the morning. Six days later I received a call to set up the installation (thank goodness I have more than one toilet in the house). Asked for a S

They worked me over on installing an engineered wood floor. After they ripped up my carpet they told me the floor wasn't level and they had to level it for an exra $500 - would not continue working unless I agreed. We compromised at $250, but that was extremely high handed.

Asked for vinyl tubing, they said they didn't sell it. I then found it and showed the person I asked where it was in case somebody else asked for it. He couldn't care less.
