Went to Home Depot and tried to check out at the Pro desk and they told me I couldn’t do it because I hadn’t called in my order and I really think they didn’t want to do it because I only had two small items. It was the tool rental and i had to rent a 20 "I believe" chainsaw to cut down a tree. There's a bunch of people renting tools nowadays, so be prepared to wait no matter what. Besides there tools that they offer are basically almost new and working before you take it. So it's worth waiting because everyone is so helpful and they do their best to get everyone in and out as soon as possible.There we

Absolute the worst curbside pickup service
On the phone waiting on them to pickup the phone. On the phone still while waiting in line. Over 40 minutes and they still have not picked up the phone!!!!
They finally just hung up on me....
I went inside (while waiting on the phone) and the order pickup line has a long line with only
1 1/2 employees helping customers out
