Had our windows redone which took much longer than intended and as told by the salesman. The delays were all due to miscommunication internally by different parts of Home Depot. Our family has done more business with THD than any other business or businesses related to home improvement. In this case, the services needed were not realized. We had issues just trying to get our sink and faucet installed. Employees have issues with their training. They wrote our information for installation twice on paper! The management tried to help, but I really felt kind of "handed-off" from one to the next. Of couse, that could be because it took over a week to simply schedule our installation time. DO NOT use Home Depot for their "72 hour carpet install". Mine has turned into TWO WEEKS, and wasted one full day of my time waiting for the installers that never showed up, and including the 3 trips into the store I had to make to re-select which carpet I wanted. I feel like I am dealing with the most incompetent people on the planet.
