Absolutely exceptional stay from start to finish! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, but what truly made the experience outstanding was the front desk staff, especially Shelby. From what I can tell, they did a great job on the recent remodel of the entire Hotel. The mattresses were very comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. Lots of options on the breakfast. The rooms seemed roomier than what I remember from pre-remodel. Lighting was great except that there was not a light over by the couch and it was kind of dark there. This is a solid choice for travelers. I see past reviews from frustrated visitors staying during renovations and from what I can see, the renovations are done and this is a very nicely refreshed Holiday Inn. We stayed in a suite with two beds and a pull out couch; we were disappointed the suite didn't have a half wall between the beds and the pull out couch for a little added privacy as pictured o

Welcoming staff, offered local restaurants options. Room was very nicely played out. Plenty of lighting and storage options. Bed was comfy. Centrally located next to easily accessible food and shopping.
Breakfast was delicious and had good options to choose from.
Friendly staff made the stay exceptional.

The front desk made us feel welcome upon arriving. When my key quick working the young lady was prompt in replacing it and even offered to come up to my room if I needed her assistance. The staff was exceptionally pleasant.

This hotel has been newly renovated, and we were impressed with the new amenities, rooms and overall hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, included a microwave and small refrigerator and nice sized TV. Nothing seems to work. Between the elevator, doors, and staff, ironing board. Stay at the Best Western down the street and Thank me later. This hotel has gotten a minor room upgrade since the previous time I stayed, TV is nicer is about all though. We have stayed at this holiday inn for years going to Canton. This past year their cleaning staff threw away some personal belongings that had been left behind. I called not even 2 hours after check out. (No 24 hour hold, at least?) Anyways, we worked out the issue and they sent me a 2 free night stay, good until this December. Great, right? Wrong.
