I worked with Hi-tech flooring, Enrique specifically, to install new authentic hard wood floors in a new home I purchased (15 year old floors). He was so responsive, always immediately communicative of every step.

Our house suffered damage in the freeze and our flooring needed to be replaced. Finding anyone to call you back or do work at this time (~Feb/Mar 2021) was just about impossible b/c people were so busy and had their own issues to fix.
