By chance, I met Loyd today while returning items. Without going into specifics, I would say Loyd took care of me like I expected, but it very rarely happens anywhere. Meeting Loyd made me take another look at how harsh I sometimes can be reviewing. I saw a manager that without a doubt, mentored his employees and set an exceptional example. I believe he honestly

This place is always busy can’t get help like I use too, I have to wait 30 to 40 minutes to get someone to help me. Give the crew A 5 star when I finally got help. Gary was great help. Had to wait in line at checkout for a bit, like I said it was busy. You guys need more help, you have to wait on customer not me waiting on you. Going down to Harris lumber next time, at least there they are always

Haven't shopped there in years due to a rude employee who yelled at me for parking in the wrong spot for a load out. I went where another employee told me to go.
Today I decided to give them another shot and called to ask if they have a product. The person who answered said she thinks they might, but refused to have anyone check because they only have 3 people in the store. I told her I would wait

Don't stop here if you need any help. They rarely can have anyone to fill propane, only once out of 3 visits was I able to get propane. I needed assistance finding a product on another visit and the person I asked for help after being bypassed by many other employees, was huffy and puffy about helping me. I can get better customer service elsewhere.

This is a family owned and run business. Just this store, just this city - not 'family' like the big business family. They are soooo nice, super helpful, have a good supply of what you need to get the job done, and just all around a great store, great people, great business. Go here first!

I purchased an angle grinder that burned up within 1/2 hour of use. Not their fault, and they let me exchange it for an upgrade without any hassle. The new grinder worked fine and let me finish my project. I appreciate the young lady that helped me with the exchange. She was very nice and professional.
