Our experience started off well as I had called to have some water damage to our carpet assessed. Carlton was helpful when I was dealing with the insurance company. Once installation day came it went downhill from there. Crew shows up and on day one spills a large amount of glue on the carpet. Left for the day and didn’t tell us. I called Carlton and he tried to remove it. Obviously it was ruined
