I just got off the phone with Hercules Foundation repairs and received the worse customer service from the female who answered the phone. I asked for a quote and she accused me of only wanting a quote and no actual repairs. I said I did need repairs and asked for an appointment. They went in and repaired my foundation on my house, but would not warranty it. While they were under the house they said that all the plumbing was bad. So they hire a “fly by night” plumber to replace the entire plumbing drain lines, which he did not do. Needless to say I threw $49k+ down the “drain”, without any warranty or financial assistance. Stay away!!

Hercules did an amazing job on our foundation. We hired another company to do our foundation, but there was a scheduling conflict that left me scrambling to find a last minute replacement crew. Do not hire this company to do your house leveling or foundation repair. Or anything for that matter. I was hired to replace some subfloor in a house. A house that had, 6 months prior, been "leveled" by Hercules. They're there was Still a giant lump in the floor that they said was just the sub floor.
