We had a wonderful time selecting jewelry at this Helzberg Diamonds location at the Plaza Mall McAllen with the help from Ryan and Norma. Both were very kind and helpful and made us feel special. The prices were very reasonable and we will definitely come back. We highly recommend this Heizberg location.

Norma is the best! We went in to get a stone replaced in my husband’s ring and upgrade my wedding ring. First purchased 20 years ago. Norma was super helpful and wonderful to work with!

Norma our sales person was wonderful! She was patient and very helpful! We brought in some jewelry for repairs and she also assisted in finding a beautiful gift for my daughter’s Golden Birthday! Norma was is genuinely a nice salesperson, creative and definitely an asset to Helzberg!
