Many thanks to the sales folks and install teams from Helotes Discount Carpet. We had luxury vinyl flooring and wall to wall carpeting installed at our house. Thanks Ronnie for your good suggestions. Many thanks to the stellar professional work by the flooring and carpeting teams. Great prep and cleanup! These guys really knew their stuff. Don’t go to Lowes, come to these guys.

We had a wonderful time with Ronnie and Lena at Helotes discount carpets. They were very knowledgeable and professional and were helpful every step of the way. The install and finished results were absolutely beautiful. We would definitely recommend this company for all your flooring needs.

Ronnie and Lina were very helpful and did everything they said they would do. Both were professional and honest which is refreshing in our world of deception! Their installers were punctual and professional and did a great job on our new carpet installation. I highly recommend this company!

The installer/contactor was TERRIBLE.
They showed up the first day and questioned the fact that we had paid for installation in two rooms. They said they weren't told about both rooms. I assured them that it was part of the order, but they insisted on calling the owner of the company (Ronnie) to confirm.
After a few hours of flooring installation, they told me that installing quarter round mold

I just had Hector, from Helotes Carpet out today to stretch an my existing carpeting. He worked on four different areas, upstairs and downstair and the work was just excellent. It now looks like the day it was installed. And in one case, even better. Hector corrected some work from the original install which dramatically improved the transition to another type flooring. This company is absolutely phenomenal! They are courteous and reliable- from the people who answer the phone to the technicians that come to do the flooring. They pay attention to detail and ensure you are very satisfied with their product and work.

After installation. Carpet was nothing like it looked.
Installation was HORRIBLE!! Too much wrong to write about. Marvin said it was just too bad. Very unfortunate. I really thought he was a kind gentleman.
