Inside, good service and good prices, but outside, one of the African-American loaders didn't seem to like his job. I had to carry most of the material and he treated me very badly. The first time I went, I can say that I will not return. I spent more than 1,000 dollars and that was what I received. I am doing remodeling. If I were in that area, I would have spent up to 10k a month.

Stephanie and the crew are very knowledgeable , professional and very helpful. From the ordering to the delivery of my materials the process was very smooth. The delivery driver even showed up earlier than expected. Great experience I definitely will continue to use them in the future.

Stephanie the front desk customer service representative is great. She goes out of her way to help, very professional and kind. We’re been building a fence and keep needing more wood, nails, etc. We got to know Stephanie from our many trips to the store. Called the store to see if they had the cleaning solution I needed for a project next day. Jacob inside sales answered and was able to confirm what I needed was in stock and price checked for me. Went in with my toddler for plumbing tape, had no idea what I was looking for, just a general idea. I went to the area where I thought they'd be and an associate was quick to help me locate my item and even explained how to properly use it in a kind manner. The rest of the staff were also incredibly kind.

very friendly atmosphere the minute you walk into the store. Amazing customer service from Stephanie . she helped us every step of the way and made us feel very comfortable with answering any questions we had. Highly recommend this store and of course asking for Stephanie!.

My experience with Height Lumber today was exceptional. Stephanie was very helpful and friendly. Will gladly recommend HL to friends for more personal and friendly encounters than the big box stores.
