They provided us a client portal that created a timeline for us to keep updated on the schedule and who was coming to our home each day. Heidi and her team were wonderful to work with! We were a bit nervous since this was our first renovation (we have heard some horror stories!). We just completed our second project with HAI and once again, Heidi knocked it out of the park! Our new kitchen is amazing. Her design is beautiful and comfortable, and she goes the extra mile to pull everything together. Her teams are polite, skilled and efficient -- the craftsmanship is hard to beat.
