I resided at these apartments for 16 years until just this past month. During my first eight years the apartments had its pluses and minuses in every regard, but after Hurricane Harvey everything changed drastically. I’ve been a good tenant since moving in, December 22, 2022. Now because I had a little financial problem and had to pay rent a little late, I’m being evicted. I’m not trying to get out of my obligations but at least they could work with me. Well one management is not doing full work has residents to fix there own problems because of daily waiting. I've been living here almost a year now.....the apartments are nice,management is nice, the problem I'm having is my toilet stays stopped up....I call, they come, get it unstoppable, then less then 6 weeks later, same issue. March 25 I had to call again,they got it unstoppable, then again today....maintenance came today, put the snake through, didn't work and he left with it still stopped up...wh

Do not move here NEW management and NEW office staff are very rude and disrespectful to the residents. I will be reporting them to the corporate office and to the local new station for how they treat the elderly and disabled resident in this complex if you have any family here please go check on them DAILY and if you can move them out of this terrible place!

Management is really mean and disrespectful if you call the main office nothing will get Done they should have hospitality towards its residents all that are elderly or disabled but instead all you get is hostility
