Run… run…. Run…. Once you lodge a complaint with this company, your warranty gets voided ASAP. They also will mess and tear up your property. The job done is to get your money, move on to the next customer and point fingers about you not watering your house.
This is TEXAS, and the last rain we had on August 23, 2033 was a proof of how hardened the floor had gotten due to the abundance of sunlight

These people are negligent. After ruining the interior of our house with huge cracks that opened up after their faulty leveling. They will not contact us and will not offer a solution. Do not use these people!!!! I can show you pictures of horrible damage from them.
I am sure there will be recomendations because we have 9 new deep cracks and the driveway is cracked all the way across.

Our experience with HD Foundation could not have gone any better. Hunter (owner) detailed the entire process start to finish before we accepted their proposal. On the day the work started, his crew showed up in a timely manner and proceeded with a very organized plan. By days end we had 19 piers installed. Final cleanup had our yard looking better than when started.

The worst costumer service. My parents had fixed their foundation in 2022. After multiple calls to figure out why it felt hollow, we recieved no call back. They'll call and schedule an appt and never show up with no text or call to let you know what's going on. We are very happy with HD Foundation. They repaired our foundation in 3 days. They installed 37 piers. The lift went great. No plumbing leaks, no broken windows, we were expecting alot of damage but there was none. They even replaced the bushes they had to dig up. We will be using them again for our driveway replacement. I definitely recommend them. 🙂

I was scammed by HD Foundation. I don’t recommend this company for foundation repair. They hire sub contractors that come out and do poor workmanship! Then HD Foundation doesn’t want to honor the warranty! In the office , Rose is unprofessional and just gives you the run around! Very frustrating! Hunter (owner) came out in April of this year saying they would send a crew to come out and properly
