Hawkeye Plumbing, Thomas, offers 5 star service and quality results. He is fair, honest and will not upsell you. He responds quickly. I have used his services twice, one scheduled and an unscheduled emergency weekend call that was fixed within a couple of hours of my call. My experience with Hawkeye Plumbing was not the best. First off I got the run around for two days to come and look at my water heater. They charge 255 and hour just to come look at it 🤦🏾♀️. Second it took and additional 2 more days after he figured out what the problem was. I did not feel like my needs were top priority. The fact that it only took him 15 mins to fix the issue once he got the part

Myles repaired my garage sink, unstopped the master bedroom toilet, and replaced the guts of another toilet with more modern setup. Did a great job. Remind Myles and Hawkeye Plumbing without reservation or qualification.

Have used Hawkeye for 4-5 projects (one major) over the last few years. The last couple of projects have had terrible communication and no written estimate up front.
First job: Replace toilet and pull toilet to replace wax ring. Plumber had to come back because he forgot to take the old toilet and had to tighten the other pulled toilet which came loose after a couple days.

Had a gas line tested per city inspection requirements for an existing and copper pipe sweated. Hawkeyes customer service was spot on from the owner, workers and the office team. Highly recommend Hawkeye Plumbing.
