Worst customer service ever. The store itself was fine but we ordered bar stools and when they were ready to be delivered 6 weeks later, we scheduled an afternoon appointment to accommodate the college students class schedules. They assured me that wasn’t a problem until the day before delivery I got a text that said 9-11am delivery. I specifically told them after 11:30 to which they said they onl

I couldn’t be happier with purchases from the Havertys in College Station. Kudos to Susan Cool, the designer I have worked with for over four months now. She was not only inspirational in her advice but so patient with me as I created a home that I am in love with. I especially love love love the console and mirror she recommended to me. What a great experience. I was so happy with my salesman who knew his store inventory inside out. He was so thorough and helpful offering extra tips. I saw online ahead some sofas that were interested in. He showed me all in the selection and walked me around store a second time per my request, making sure I didn't miss anything. We bought a couch for them for 7K. Granted, it was beautiful at the time. However, within 6 months it started pilling and coming apart. We also bought the Guardsman insurance which denied our claim. I would spend your money elsewhere on things that will actually stand the test of time.

I'm editing my Review because I have received excellent service regarding a mix up with our order. We really enjoyed working with Shauna, Nicole, and the delivery guys. I received a call from a manager, Mike, that really put my mind at ease about our whole situation. Accidents happen but they were willing to make it right, and I'm so grateful for the way that they are handling it.

Great experience buying furniture with Havertys. Great customer service and delivery, always easy to communicate with. Had to go back to get another piece of furniture after my initial purchase and they were very helpful still, and remembered me. Thank you to Ms. Allison who helped me and my family chose the right pieces for my home.
