We love the furniture quality from Havertys, never had a bad piece. We always seem to be confronted by salesman Ron. I use "confronted", because he is very pushy and not very knowledgeable, simply stating the obvious as he desperately follows you around. Other salespeople were very respectful and helpful, though.

I bought a couch from Havertys that I was not happy with. Their customer service tried to resolve the issue by sending someone out to the apartment to try to fix the couch. I ended up returning the couch and exchanging it for another one. The sales rep Ron was more than happy to help me find a new couch that would fit my liking. I was happy with Havertys customer service to resolve my issue.
