Horrible experience here. Constant mold problems due to restrooms being so small. Ive been having symptoms related to mold even provided medical records of appointments, (never had health issues prior to living here). Work orders related to mold have been done incorrectly more than once. Discussed with dave and corporate office to completely take off sheetrock & do more thorough repairs to elimina

Abygayle McGrath was amazing and super helpful with getting us moved in. She was an extremely patient with showing us our options and giving us all the information on the property. She was thorough when filing our paperwork and made sure we had all of our information upon moving in. If you are looking at this facility I recommend visiting with her soon.

Great place to live! With lots of wonderful amenities. The property is older but the updates are great. This community is well taken care of. The staff is a great group of people and a joy to speak with. ❤️ living here!

Beware -Chain Smoker Issues ! Nice complex but the tenants smoke in the apartments and managers are aware of this! You have been warned! Most tenants live over capacity in the apartments (4 or more in 1 bedroom), not all but Most! You will be dealing with multiple chain smokers. Management will act like they are unaware and even give notice to the smokers but it’s a front! Don’t be fooled by the

I have been here since May 2024, and my experience has been amazing! The staff is super polite, professional, and always finds ways to come up with solutions that are a win-win. I have had past troubles at other apartment complexes with work orders, but not here. Anytime I submit a work order, they are very good at responding in less than 72 hours. Management is incredibly friendly and helpful! Such a wonderful place to live! There are lots of trees, birds, and other wild life such as squirrels. Doesn't feel like an apartment complex with a concrete jungle around it. There is also a very large dog park that our dog absolutely loves to run around in. Place is well maintained, insulated, and has modern appliances and nice granite countertops.

Went in today because I really want a 2bed 2bath and Abygayle took really good care of me. We can't wait to be apart of the community and enjoy all the amenities they have to offer! Thank you Abygayle for your sweet attitude and amazing communication!! ❤️
