So I was treated very poorly at Lowes so I came down here to Harry's Building Supplies and had an issue with my purchase and when I came back the next day and Greg and Sherry got me fixed up. I was about to drive to Lufkin to avoid Lowe's. Thank you for getting me into a Harry situation! Will be returning. I recommend this place to everyone to support local.

Small retail area. No mixing paint. Dim lighting floors were dirty.

Always friendly! If they don't have what I'm looking for they try and help me figure out other ways to accomplish the task.

The customer service is awful! We had windows installed last year, one came broken. We have been asking for a replacement, also, none of the window screens fit the windows. We have asked for help all of this time from their outside sales rep Bruce. He doesn’t return calls, doesn’t call when he says he will and now he won’t even answer the phone. I’ve complained to the store manager and now they do

I have one of the managers (will not mention store) looking for a specialty item for me, now for over a week. I have left him numerous messages for the last 2 days and no return phone call. Do they just not care about a few thousand dollar order or any future business!!!! I just can't believe and very disappointed that I am getting this service from Harry's building supply.

I shop at Harry's on Discount Tuesdays to get the senior discount of 10% off regular-priced items. When I've compared their prices with Lowe's I've been pleasantly surprised to find that Harry's has been about the same or even a bit lower on the purchases I've made. With the 10% discount, it's certainly a win for me!

Harry's carries everything you need for building. Materials are competitively priced. They deliver on time. But best of all, they know their products can competently guide you with your choices.
