I have a steel bathtub that was rusting around the overflow drain and around the top. The cost of replacement was astronomical ( not to mention labor intensive). I had heard refinishing might be an option. I called Dan and sent him photos. He replied " I can fix that tub". He gave me an estimate and we set a date . I could not be happier. Well, put me in the "your job was not important enough to reply to you" category.. I called 3 times - left two messages and talked to the owner once.. he said he'd call me back in 5 minutes, but never did.. I also sent in an email form request directly from their website - never replied.. Why do you even advertise if you're not going to reply to job requests? My remodel has been waiting 3 weeks on

Not perfect by any means. Took three month's to get a receipt and it has bumps on the exit side of the bathtub.

Did not respond to my needs in a timely manner.Called before and no responce.Do not like giving anyone a negitive review but when you have to call a second time and not show up speaks volumes.
