Clean aisles and good selection and very helpful staff. I asked if they had any more of something and the guy went right back in the back and got more for me. Like immediately. Thanks! :) good job!

Terrible experience. Been shopping almost every week at a harbor freight most of my life. Never had to show id before until today when Lori would not sell me threadlocker because my id wasn’t on me. Didnt even let me go out to the parking lot to get it.

Horrible experience. Went in to buy a gift card for my husband for Christmas. With a purchase of 29.99 you get a free hat. Okay cool. Found out you can't get the hat with a gift card purchase. That's fine, still purchased the hat. Here's the real problem. Cashier asked if I had a membership. I said no but my husband does, but I don't want to use his because this is a Christmas gift. She said oh I'

It's a good place to get tools. I think they they went up on their prices a little bit though, but everyone does in the end. They have a little bit of everything in there. That other one tool stores don't carry

Great experience at Harbour Freight got lots of bargains and they had lots of awesome deals on.
It's my first experience here and it was great. Staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

I went in today struggling with an air hose and a coupler that did not want to come off to be switched out. I had two very sweet ladies, who were supervisors, help me take it off and got me what I needed. It was 20 minutes of wrestling this air hose. They were so helpful!

This is a very small harbor freight so it does not have everything a larger store has. Staff was friendly and helpful.
