Very friendly helpful staff. Sale items are well stocked. Excellent source for good quality tools and equipment at excellent prices. The store is organized well. This makes finding things you need quick so a run-in and out stop works. Most of the time, I find many additional items on unbeatable deals.

They were very helpful and went and got what I needed for me. Asked how they could help at the door as i entered. When I said what I had come for he said let me go grab ya one and brought it to me. Then gave me a 20% off coupon.....WIN!

I want to give major props to Rebekah and Marco today for helping me with my power inverter. They wwre knowledgeable and were able to help me as I am on the road for a trip.

This Harbor Freight is very clean, neat and organized when I have visited it. The staff members have been nice and friendly answering any questions I had.

Went in to browse a few items and collect the no purchase necessary item. The clerk, Jazmun was VERY knowledgeable with all the items, she was very helpful and because of this type of customer service we will be back to buy further items needed for an upcoming project.

This Harbor Freight location is Awesome! I live in Houston and needed their 13K Tri-Fuel generator which as you know during our peak hurricane season is practically a unicorn to find. I called around and no luck, called this location and the ladies attending the phone were soooo helpful and went out of their way to check the back and told me they had only 1 available and it's first come first serv
