I have had a bad experience with the manager of this store. He supposedly gives a guarantee on things, and then when you get there, he tells you that he is the manager and will not help you get the guarantee that you paid for. The truth is that what you are doing is robbery. They stole a tool valued at more than $400, and they did not return the money or the tool. What's wrong with those people?

Nice Place. But don't go without a specific shopping list. You might come out with a bunch of stuff you never knew you needed.

Anybody that knows anything about tools knows that harbor freight always has good deals. Some of their quality is iffy but for the most part a great value. I go here often.

The manager Earl. Most definitely should be working in the back dealing with Orders and not customers. I’ve only been in the store a couple to a few times in my life last week. I was in and ordered $1600 worth of toolboxes. And that visit Earl was very informative on how much time I had left in the store because I got there about 30 minutes before they were closing matter-of-fact. He approached

Refused to load a tool cart for me and would not let me load it myself. The manager seemed lazy and incompetent. Customer service is not a priority for this location. I will be contacting corporate and making a complaint.
