I recently received a 25% off coupon from Harbor Freight saying they missed me, so I went there last Saturday with a friend. You may think you only need 1 item, but like a kid in a candy store more items end of being purchased. You just can't resist!

Everyone there was engaging and helpful. I came in with a unique problem involving a large socket that no other stores carried, tight spaces and no space to cut the problem away. I was asked if I need help (not having to find someone myself) and everyone I spoke to was engaged and helpful. This store will not honor returns without receipt. For one small item they made it difficult when they could have looked up my purchase history. They claim it can't be done at their store but this is not true as other locations easily look up my purchases. What's the point of using a phone number tied to an account if you're unable to look up purchase history. Something fishy going on because aft

Always go in for one or two things, but it never happens! It's a dangerous place to go. It's like a toy store for guys!! I love this place and always leave with more than I came for,....everytime! 🤷♂️ Got a bucket this time! On the house!
